HL Deb 26 March 1968 vol 290 c958
THE LORD CHANCELLOR

My Lords, I beg to move that this Bill be now read a third time. Northern Ireland has followed us very closely in relation to criminal appeals, and the same need has accordingly arisen to consolidate those Acts. I beg to move.

Moved, That the Bill be now read 3a.—(The Lord Chancellor.)

On Question, Bill read 3a, and passed, and sent to the Commons.
