HL Deb 26 March 1968 vol 290 c958

3.46 p.m.

THE LORD CHANCELLOR

My Lords, I beg to move that this Bill be read a third time. This also is a consolidating Bill, dealing with all, or the relevant parts, of those Acts relating to Courts-Martial appeals, beginning with the main Act in 1951, and there have been some five amending Acts since. I beg to move.

Moved, That the Bill be now read 3a.—(The Lord Chancellor.)

On Question, Bill read 3a, and passed, and sent to the Commons.
