HL Deb 01 August 1968 vol 296 cc403-4
LORD BESWICK

My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Leader of the House I beg to move the Motion standing in his name on the Order Paper. This Motion is similar to the one which was moved for the Committee stage of the Transport Bill. It has been agreed through the usual channels, and I trust that it will be for the convenience of the House as a whole. I beg to move.

Moved, That when the Transport Bill is considered on Report, the Amendments be marshalled and considered in the following order, vizt.:—

LORD NUGENT OF GUILDFORD

My Lords, may I say from these Benches that we agree with this arrangement to take the Schedules with the relevant clauses, which I think will be for the general convenience of the House on the Report stage of the Transport Bill.

On Question, Motion agreed to.
