§ LORD ERROLL OF HALEWe are moving so rapidly it is difficult to keep pace with what is going on. Am I correct in assuming that these Amendments deal with classes of turnover? If not, may we be told what they deal with?
§ LORD BROWNThe Amendments dealing with classes of turnover arise, to begin with, on Amendment No. 40.
§ LORD HUGHESAmendments Nos. 38 and 39 are consequential on Amendment No. 19. It was one of the list grouped with that Amendment. I hesitated because we had been rather sidetracked from our original purpose. We were going to discuss Nos. 79 and 80 1189 as a group, but we will come back to No. 80 later on when we actually reach it.
