Clause 32, page 37, line 43, at end insert— ("(.) In this section, 'prescribed' means prescribed by regulations made by the Board of Trade by statutory instrument.")

My Lords, Amendments Nos. 110 and 113 are minor. They make it clear that the use of the word "prescribed" in the clause means "prescribed in statutory instruments made by the Treasury". I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.
