Read 3a, with the Amendments.

THE EARL OF LISTOWEL

My Lords, I think I should explain that the object of the Amendment which I am moving is to correct a typing error which found its way into the printed Bill after the Committee stage in your Lordship's House. I beg to move.

Amendment moved— Page 11, line 12, leave out ("18") and insert ("18/").—(The Earl of Listowel).

LORD INGLEWOOD

My Lords, may I ask the noble Lord one question? Is any fee being charged for this Amendment?

On Question, Amendment agreed to.

Bill passed, and returned to the Commons.
