My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Lord Privy Seal, I beg to move the Motion standing in his name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That Standing Order No. 35 (Arrangement of the Order Paper) be dispensed with on Wednesday next so as to allow the Hartlepool Order 1966 to be taken after the Teachers' Superannuation Bill.—[Lord Shepherd.]
