My Lords, I beg to move that this Bill be now read a third time. The Report of the Joint Committee is as follows: The Committee have considered the above Bill and have heard evidence thereon. The Bill is confined to the repeal of obsolete, spent, unnecessary or superseded enactments and there is no point to which they think that the attention of Parliament should be drawn. I beg to move.
