HL Deb 20 December 1966 vol 278 c1960

Order of the Day for the Third Reading read.

THE LORD CHANCELLOR

My Lords, I beg to move that this Bill be now read a third time. This is a small Consolidation Bill, consolidating the Acts of 1877, 1907, and 1927, on the instructive subject of destructive insects and pests. I beg to move.

Moved, That the Bill be now read 3a.—(The Lord Chancellor.)

On Question, Bill read 3a, and passed, and sent to the Commons.
