§ THE JOINT PARLIAMENTARY UNDER-SECRETARY OF STATE FOR SCOTLAND (LORD HUGHES)My Lords, the purpose of this Order, applied for last November under the Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) Act, 1936, is to extend the municipal boundaries of the Burgh of Coatbridge. The Order has been unopposed throughout. I beg to move that this Bill be now considered on Report.
