Moved, That it is desirable that all Consolidation Bills (including Bills for consolidating Private Acts) Statute Law Revision Bills and Bills prepared pursuant to the Consolidation of Enactments (Procedure) Act 1949 in the present 138 Session be referred to a Joint Committee of both Houses of Parliament.
