My Lords, I should like to inform your Lordships that at a suitable moment after 3.30 my noble friend Lord Lansdowne will be making a Statement on the Malta Constitution.

I should also like to inform your Lordships that the House will rise for the Summer Recess at the conclusion of Business on Friday next, July 31, until Monday, October 19.
