§ THE LORD CHANCELLOR (VISCOUNT KILMUIR)My Lords, I beg to move, That this House doth approve the appointment, made by me pursuant to the Clerk of the Parliaments Act, 1824, of Mr. Henry Montagu Burrows, C.B.E., to be Clerk Assistant of the House in the place of Mr. Anthony Henry Jeffreys, C.B., who has retired.
