THE MARQUESS OF SALISBURY

My Lords, I beg leave to ask the Question which stands in my name on the Order Paper.

[The Question was as follows:

To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they will make available to Parliament forthwith the full text of the Three Power Resolution on the Congo, adopted by the Security Courwil of the United Nations on 25th November 1961.]

THE JOINT PARLIAMENTARY UNDER-SECRETARY OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS (THE MARQUESS OF LANSDOWNE)

My Lords, the full text of the Resolution is now available to your Lordships in the Library. My noble friend the Foreign Secretary sent an advance copy to the noble Marquess on November 28.

THE MARQUESS OF SALISBURY

My Lords, I do not seem to have received it, but I will look out for it. In any case, I am most grateful to the Government for the statement they have made. I am sure that the text will be of special interest to many noble Lords.
