§ LORD NEWTONMy Lords, I should like to inform your Lordships that at a suitable time after half past three there will be two statements. My noble friend the Leader of the House will be making a statement about consultations with the Commonwealth about the Common Market, and, secondly, my noble friend the First Lord of the Admiralty will be making a statement about the Report of the Romer Committee on Security.
