THE EARL OF ONSLOWI wish to inform your Lordships that it has been arranged through the usual channels that the House should meet at half past two o'clock to-morrow instead of the usual time of three o'clock.
LORD REAMy Lords, could the noble Earl give any indication of the procedure to be followed this evening, as to when the House is likely to rise?
THE EARL OF ONSLOWAs I understand it, we shall go on until the list of speakers to-day is finished, because I gather it was the wish of the House that we should finish reasonably early tomorrow. In that connection, I would say that perhaps noble Lords will exercise a little self-denying ordinance.
