§ LORD FORBESMy Lords, this Amendment places on the Commission or 351 the panel an obligation to take action against marauding deer causing substantial damage and likely to go on causing damage. Previously, the clause said that the Commission "may" take action. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.
