HL Deb 25 March 1959 vol 215 c367
THE EARL OF ONSLOW

My Lords, I regret to have to tell your Lordships that Lord Teviot has had a sudden attack of phlebitis, and has been advised to rest and not to attempt to come to your Lordships' House this afternoon to move his resolution on Parliament and Current Affairs Broadcasts. I am sure that everybody, in all quarters of the House, will wish Lord Teviot a speedy recovery, and we hope to see him after the Recess.
