ALDWYNMy Lords, when my noble friend the Lord Chairman of Committees was moving the adjournment of the Second Reading debate on the South Wales Transport Bill he suggested to your Lordships that the debate should be adjourned until Tuesday next. It has now been found that that is not an entirely convenient date, and it has been arranged through the usual channels that the debate should be adjourned until Tuesday, February 17.
