THE MINISTER WITHOUT PORTFOLIO (THE EARL OF DUNDEE)

My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to repeal the Catering Wages Act, 1943, and to convert wages boards under that Act into wages councils; to make further provision with respect to wages councils and statutory minimum remuneration; and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid. I beg to move that this Bill be read a first time.
