§ THE MINISTER OF POWER (LORD MILLS)My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to make provision for the regulation of certain installations capable of emitting ionising radiations and with respect to the incidence of, and the provision of cover for, liability in respect of any such radiations emitted from, or in connection with the use of, any such installation; and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid. I beg to move that this Bill be now read a first time.
