My Lords, your Lordships will recall that in the course of the debate on Monday of last week on the subject of the new Standing Order on Leave of Absence, I undertook that the text of the letter which it was my duty to write to certain Peers in pursuance of the Orders of the House would on that day be reported to the House. The letter was despatched yesterday, and its text will be available to-morrow in the OFFICIAL REPORT and in the Minutes of Proceedings.
