ALDWYNMy Lords, my noble friend the Leader of the House will be making a statement on the proposed Summit Meeting some time after half past three this afternoon, and he will be making a further statement on the televising of the State opening of Parliament. May I add that my noble friend Lord Perth will also be making a statement on Malta.
