§ THE EARL OF MUNSTERMy Lords, I beg to move that this Bill be now read a second time. The Bill is to confirm a Provisional Order made by the Minister of Housing under Section 118 of the Hertfordshire County Council (Colne Valley Sewerage) Act, 1937. No objections were made to this Bill in principle. 309 A few were made on minor points, the great majority of which have been met. No local inquiry was heard, and the Bill passed through another place without amendment. l formally beg to move that it now be read a second time.
