THE JOTNT PARLIAMENTARY UNDER-SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE HOME DEPARTMENT (LORD MANCROFT)

My Lords, the three Sunday Entertainments Act Orders standing in my name on the Order Paper are in the usual form and of the usual content. There is nothing in them to which I think I need draw the attention of your Lordships, and accordingly I beg to move that the first Order be approved.

Moved, That the Order made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department, for extending section one of the Sunday Entertainments Act, 1932, to the Borough of Barnstaple, be approved.—(Lord Mancroft.)
