THE EARL OF ONSLOW

My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Leader of the House I beg to move the Motion standing in his name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That Standing Orders No. XXI and XXXIX be considered in order to their being dispensed with for the purpose of giving precedence to the Telegraph Bill and the Niall Macpherson Indemnity Bill over the other Orders of the Day, and for passing the Bills through their remaining stages.—(The Earl of Onslow.)

On Question, Motion agreed to, and ordered accordingly.
