My Lords, on behalf of the noble Earl the Chairman of Committees, I beg to move the Motion standing in his name on the Order Paper.

§ Moved, That a Committee be appointed to select and propose to the House the names of the live Lords to form a Select Committee the consideration of each opposed Private Bill; and that the Lords following, with the Lord Chancellor and the Chairman of Committees, be named of the Committee:
