HL Deb 13 May 1953 vol 182 c461
LORD MANCROFT

My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Lord Home, I beg to move that these Regulations be approved. These are practically the same as the previous Regulations to which your Lordships have just given approval, and deal with certain very minor administrative details, in order to comply with the slightly different law in Scotland. I understand, as one would naturally expect with regard to Scotland, that the sum of money involved here is even less considerable. I beg to move.

Moved, That the Town and Country Planning (Minerals) (Scotland) Regulations, 1953, reported from the Special Orders Committee on Wednesday, the 29th of April, be approved.—(Lord Mancroft.)
