THE EARL OF SCARBROUGHMy Lords, I have the honour to present to your Lordships three Messages from Her Majesty the Queen, signed by her own hand. The first Message is in these terms:
"I have received your Address praying that the Transfer of Functions (Ministry of Civil Aviation) Order, 1953, be made in the form of the draft laid before Parliament. I will comply with your request"
The next Message is in these terms:
"I have received your Address praying that the Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland (Constitution) Order in Council, 1953, be made in the form of the draft laid before Parliament. I will comply with your request."
The third Message is as follows:
"I have received your Address praying that the International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges of the International Wheat Council) Order, 1953, be made in the form of the draft laid before Parliament. I will comply with your request."
