THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, the next two Amendments to Clause 11 can be taken together, if it is convenient to your Lordships. These Amendments are necessary in order to make it clear that the new clauses do not apply to Northern Ireland. I do not believe there can be any objection to that. I beg to move that this House do agree with the Commons on the said Amendment.
