THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, this Amendment omits reference to Section 11 of the Summary Jurisdiction Act, 1848, in paragraph 3 of the Schedule. That is necessary because that Act has been repealed. I beg to move that this House do agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.
