My Lords, I beg to introduce a Bill to reenact with modifications the Motor Car (International Circulation) Act, 1909; to amend the law relating to excise duty payable in Great Britain on vehicles licensed in Northern Ireland and in Northern Ireland on vehicles licensed in Great Britain; and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid; and to move that this Bill be read a first time.
