EARL FORTESCUE

My Lords, I should like to take this opportunity of informing you that the Foreign Affairs debate will be interrupted al about 4 o'clock, when Lord Ismay will make a statement on the closer association of Central Africa. A further statement I have to make is that we shall continue with the Foreign Affairs debate until it is finished. In other words, we shall not adjourn for dinner but sit right on, as we did last week.
