It is proposed that a Statement on Persia should be made here between 3.45 p.m. and 4 o'clock. A similar Statement will be made in another place by the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs. The Statement in your Lordships' House will be made by my noble friend the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Lord Henderson.
