§ 4.7 p.m.
§ LORD SHEPHERDMy Lords, as your Lordships will have heard from the Table, the Motion that I have to move covers three distinct Orders. The Motion which stands in my name, on the Order Paper, however, refers to only one Order. It is clear that there has been an error, probably some kind of printer's error, and with the permission of your Lordships I propose to move the Motion standing in my name with the word "Orders" substituted for the word "Order ". I beg to move.
§ Moved, That the Orders made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department under the Sunday Entertainments Act, 1932, for extending section one of that Act to the Borough of Honiton, the Urban District of Seaton, and the Rural District of Shardlow respectively, laid before this House on Tuesday last, be approved.—(Lord Shepherd.)
§ On Question, Motion agreed to.
