asked His Majesty's Government if they are aware of the frequent and serious delays on the old Great Eastern section of the former L.N.E.R., now British Railways, between Liverpool Street and various places in Norfolk, and particularly from Norwich to Liverpool Street; if they are aware that the reason usually given is points trouble, and will they state what are the technical or mechanical reasons for this; and whether any steps have been taken to effect au improvement.
