§ LORD SHEPHERDMy Lords, as the House will have heard with regret, Lord Runciman, who sat here as Lord President of the Council after a long and distinguished career in another place, died yesterday. It is proposed that references shall be made to the late Lord Runciman after the introductions to-morrow, Wednesday, at the commencement of business.
