My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Leader of the House, I beg to move the Motion standing in his name.

Moved, That Standing Order No. XXXIX he considered in order to its being dispensed with on Tuesday next for the purpose of taking the Report and Third Reading stages of the Justices of the Peace Bill [H.L.], and that proceedings on the said Bill have precedence over the other Notices and Orders of the Day.—(Lord Shepherd.)
