§ Report from the special Orders Committee, That they have examined the Special Order as required by the Standing Orders of the House; that they have received and considered a Report from the Minister or Fuel and Power upon the Order; that a Petition against the Order has been presented by the Worcester Corporation; that they have heard the parties thereon; that they have considered an addition agreed by the Minister of Fuel and Power for the protection of the Worcester Corporation and 950 recommend its adoption to the House; and that having considered the points referred to in subsection (6) of Standing Order 216 they are of opinion that there ought not to be a further inquiry by a Select Committee: Read and ordered to lie on the Table.
