My Lords, I beg to move, That an humble Address be presented to His Majesty, praying that the Order, as reported from the Special Orders Committee on Wednesday the 16th of February last, be made in the form of the draft laid before Parliament. Your Lordships might like to know that the dates fixed for the present year under this Motion provide that Summer Time shall run from April 3 to October 30, thus shortening the period of Summer Time during the present year by almost three weeks.
