§ THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, this is a proposal to alter the date from 1955 to 1960, in order to ensure that all persons at present serving in one of the capacities specified in paragraph (a) will be eligible, provided that the other requirements of paragraph (b) are satisfied, for appointment as justices' clerks. I beg to move that this House do agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.
