Third Schedule, page 46, line 41, after ("child,") insert ("on whom a requirement as to residence is imposed by a probation order, or who is").

My Lords, the reference to the Amendment which we have had before to a supervision order is omitted, as in Scotland a requirement as to residence cannot be imposed on a supervision order. I beg to move.
