§ THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, this Amendment deals with the period of grace, and where the child under care and protection is brought under supervision by the extension of the upper age limit. Under the Act of 1939, apparently the foster-parent has a right to notify any change of address within one month after the commencement of the Act. I beg to move.
