On behalf of my noble friend the Leader of the House, I beg to move the Motion that stands in his name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That Standing Order No. XXI be considered in order to its being dispensed with for the purpose of giving the Second Readings of the Employment and Training Bill and The National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) Bill precedence over the other Notices and Orders of the Day.—(Lord Ammon.)
