Clause 25, page 31, line 16, leave out "six" and insert "three"

The Commons disagreed to the above Amendment but proposed the following Amendment to the Bill in lieu thereof—

Page 31, line 16, leave out "six" and insert "seven"

My Lords, this is rather a chapter of accidents. There were originally six subsections. Three were struck out by your Lordships and one put in. The three original subsections struck out have been put in by another place and we now have seven. I beg to move that this House do agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.
