§ THE LORD PRIVY SEAL (VISCOUNT ADDISON)My Lords, after consultation through the usual channels in both Houses of Parliament, it has been agreed that in place of the debates on Foreign Affairs tomorrow, both here and in another place, there shall be substituted a statement by the Foreign Secretary in the Commons on Thursday next, July 29; and my noble friend Lord Henderson, who represents the Foreign Office here, will repeat that statement to your Lordships.
