Order of the Day for the Third Reading read.

My Lords, I beg to move that this Bill be now read a third time. It is, I believe, an entirely agreed measure. I have to remedy an omission made the other day. We agreed to circulate for general information a Table giving the scale of compensation, according to ages, which has been agreed, and I will accordingly circulate this with the OFFICIAL REPORT. I beg to move.
