§ THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, paragraph (c) in the proviso to subsection (1), has been amended by the deletion of references to war savings certificates and national savings certificates. It was represented in another place that there was no reason why property of this nature should be exempted from attachment by creditors. I think that we should be wise to accept this Amendment.
