§ Because there are not sufficient grounds for making exceptions granted by the said Amendments.
§ VISCOUNT ADDISONThese are all the same type of restrictive Amendment, limiting the materials that a vehicle may carry which was objected to before in the other place. The other place has disagreed, and I move that we do not insist.
