Clause page 109, line 24, leave out from ("compensation") to the end of subsection (3).

The Commons disagreed to this Amendment but proposed the following Amendment, in lieu thereof, to the words so restored to the Bill: Page 109, line 34, after ("Service") insert ("after consultation with the Lord Chancellor or, where the proceedings are to be held in Scotland, after consultation with the Secretary of State").
